Fulfillment & Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Fulfillment and Refund Policy describes the terms governing service activation, platform access, and refund eligibility for Stateable's software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings. These terms apply to all customers unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
2. Service Delivery
Upon confirmation of subscription and successful payment, Stateable provisions access to the platform through the customer's registered account. Access is typically available immediately unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement. Enterprise-tier customers may receive guided onboarding services, including implementation assistance and platform training, coordinated through our customer success team and subject to availability.
3. Trial Access
We may offer trial access to the Stateable platform for evaluation purposes. Trial access is limited in duration and scope, and is intended solely for prospective customers to assess the platform's capabilities. At the conclusion of the trial period, continued access to the platform will require a paid subscription under one of our standard plans. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial access at any time without notice.
4. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase. We offer both monthly and annual billing options.
All changes to your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, must be made through your account dashboard prior to the next billing cycle. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period; we do not offer prorated adjustments or refunds for mid-cycle changes or cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing at any time, with notice provided via your account or email.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical issue with our service, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In rare cases where the platform has been unusable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we may offer a credit toward future service at our discretion.
All subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the service will continue through the remainder of the paid period, after which the subscription will not renew. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term, including for annual plans.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service or for non-payment, without obligation to refund any amounts previously paid.
7. Enterprise Agreements
For Enterprise customers, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the specific terms outlined in your Enterprise Agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact your account manager for details.
